Mikayla Vogel, LMSW

Mikayla Vogel understands how overwhelming life can feel when you are trying to manage your own emotions while also navigating health concerns, family responsibilities, caregiving, or unexpected changes. With extensive experience as a medical social worker, Mikayla has supported individuals and families through some of life’s most stressful and uncertain moments. That background has given her a deep appreciation for how closely our physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and daily responsibilities are connected. She understands that people are often carrying far more than others can see.

Mikayla brings a warm, genuine, and compassionate presence to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. She knows that reaching out for help can feel difficult, especially when you are already overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of where to begin. Clients do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and they do not need to have the perfect words. Mikayla believes they simply need a safe place to start.

In her work with clients, Mikayla takes the time to understand the whole person, not just the problem that brought them to therapy. She works alongside clients at their own pace, helping them make sense of what they are experiencing, recognize their strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and begin making meaningful changes in their lives. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, caregiving demands, health-related concerns, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, Mikayla offers a steady and supportive presence. Her goal is to help clients feel less overwhelmed, more confident in themselves, and better equipped to create a life that feels healthier, calmer, and more fulfilling.
