Danielle Snow
LMSW

I am passionate about human connection and social justice, and I believe these are two important elements that influence one’s journey in therapy. Currently, I work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach. I have completed training and classes related to dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), body-based interventions, feminist and queer theory, and expressive arts.

My aim is to support and motivate clients to find solutions to their life challenges.  I have experience working with adolescents (15+) and adults in both one-on-one and group settings. My clinical focus has been on mood disorders, behavioral issues, healing from trauma, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. Collaboration, empathy, consent, authenticity, and curiosity are all core elements of my work.

I believe the foundation of therapy is a nonjudgmental and respectful relationship between client and therapist. It is my commitment to bring these elements and values to each session so as to provide a sound environment for processing and healing.
