Life doesn’t always give us smooth roads or clear answers. We all go through seasons that feel heavy, confusing, or just plain exhausting—and reaching out for support in those moments is an incredibly brave first step. If you’re reading this, you’ve already started that journey, and I’m honored to walk beside you.

When we work together, my goal is to create a space where you can take a breath, be yourself, and feel completely accepted. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. You’re a whole person with your own story, background, culture, experiences, and identity—and all of that deserves to be seen and respected. I take a holistic and compassionate approach so we can tailor your sessions to what you need, not what a textbook says you should need.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, ADHD, Autism, or parenting challenges, my commitment is the same: to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to shape the life you want. I also bring experience from working in child welfare and with individuals involved in the court system, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build coping skills that truly fit your world, and work toward healing the past and strengthening the future you’re trying to create. It won’t always be easy, but you won’t be doing it alone. I’m here to support you, challenge you gently when needed, and remind you of the strength you already have—especially on the days you can’t quite see it yourself.
