Teens may feel buried under academic pressure, social challenges, and the expectation to have everything figured out. Adults often carry the weight of responsibilities, relationships, and self-doubt. Anxiety and depression can show up as nonstop worry, mental exhaustion, trouble focusing, poor sleep, or a heavy sense of hopelessness that makes even everyday tasks feel draining.

I work with teens and adults using a strengths-based, supportive approach to help them feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Together, we focus on practical tools to manage stress, build healthier coping skills, and break free from cycles of worry, sadness, or overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
