Abbie Andrzejak Olson
LMSW

Abbie Andrzejak-Olson understands how quickly life can shift from feeling manageable to completely overwhelming. Sometimes it is one unexpected event, and other times it is the slow build of stress, responsibility, and emotions that leaves you feeling exhausted, stuck, or simply not like yourself anymore. As a mom of young children, Abbie also understands firsthand what it can feel like to care for little ones, manage a career, maintain relationships, keep up with daily responsibilities, and somehow still try to find time and energy for yourself. She knows how easy it can be to lose sight of your own needs when so many people and responsibilities are depending on you.

Abbie creates a warm, supportive space where clients can set down some of what they have been carrying and begin to make sense of what they are experiencing. She recognizes that reaching out for therapy can feel especially difficult for people who are used to being the strong one, taking care of everyone else, or pushing through even when they are struggling themselves. Her approach is compassionate, genuine, and centered on meeting clients exactly where they are…without judgment, pressure, or expectations.

Abbie takes the time to understand each person’s story, the experiences that have shaped them, and what they hope will feel different in their lives. Clients do not need to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a plan for how to fix everything. Together, Abbie and her clients work to understand what feels heavy, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, reconnect with parts of themselves that may have gone quiet along the way, and build practical ways to move forward. She believes therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself, move at your own pace, and know that you do not have to navigate life’s difficult seasons alone.
