Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a therapist who is:
- Licensed as an LMSW or LPC in Michigan (LLMSW or LPC under supervision considered)
- Passionate about providing ethical, client-centered therapy
- Interested in working with adults, teens, couples, or families (based on your strengths)
- Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or life transitions
- Seeking a long-term role in a healthy, supportive work environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy, couples or family therapy.
- Maintain timely and appropriate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Practice within your scope, training, and professional interests
- Participate in consultation and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active Michigan LMSW or LPC license (or eligibility for supervision)
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based mental health care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
