I help kids, teens, and young adults who are dealing with things like big emotions, anxiety, friendship struggles, family stress, school pressure, and painful or scary experiences from the past. Whether you’re going through a major life change, trying to understand why you feel the way you do, or you just need someone who gets it, you’re in the right place.

In our work together, we take things at your pace. We’ll look at the “why” behind what you’re feeling, and we’ll build practical ways to help you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. My goal isn’t just to help you get through what’s happening right now — it’s to help you develop a set of tools you can carry with you long after our sessions end.

I use a mix of approaches — like CBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and simple coping strategies — but all of it is tailored to you. No one-size-fits-all therapy. We figure out what actually helps you feel calmer, stronger, and more capable in your everyday life.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest, messy, uncertain, or confused — and still feel completely accepted. You don’t have to have the right words or perfect answers. You don’t even have to know where to start. We’ll figure it out together.

If you (or your child) are ready for someone in your corner — someone to talk to, to listen, to help make sense of things, and to build real-life skills that make each day a little easier — I’m here. Reach out when you’re ready, and we’ll take the next steps together.
